Having won promotion from Division One in 2025, Surbiton will meet local rivals Wimbledon in the second semi-final at 1415, having finished second behind their fellow Elmbridge club, Old Georgians, who won all eight qualifying games.
Old Georgians will meet Oxted in the first semi-final at 1300, having previously met in the final Premier Division fixture, in which Old Georgians won 8-3. Surbiton and Wimbledon also met on the final day of competition with Surbiton victorious by a 5-2 margin, Nick Nurse scoring the first and last goals for Surbiton with Rob Farrington, Tommy Austin and Ollie Shelton helping Surbiton establish a decisive 4-1 lead after Ed Horler, the Premier Division's leading goalscorer with 18 goals, cancelled out Nurse's opener. Rory Patterson scored Wimbledon's second goal.
A win for Surbiton would also end Wimbledon's run of four successive appearances in the Super 6s finals with wins in 2022 and 2023 and defeats to Old Georgians in 2024 and 2025.
Surbiton's only defeat came at the hands of reigning champions Old Georgians, A Chris Griffiths brace after David Condon opened the scoring earning a 3-0 lead before Adam Buckle replied for Surbiton to make the final score 3-1.
Oxted, who were also promoted with Surbiton, battled before going down 5-3 to Surbiton, reducing a 4-1 deficit to 4-3 before Nurse sealed the victory.
The final is scheduled to take place at 1710.
Sevenoaks and Southgate were relegated to Division One and after the conclusion to the Division One tournament was delayed by a week, Repton and Ashmoor won promotion to the Premier Division a season after both teams missed out on promotion in fourth and third places respectively.
Canterbury and Exeter University were relegated to Division Two, Canterbury suffering a second successive relegation after being relegated from the Premier Division in 2025. They will be replaced by Leeds and Reading, who finished first and second in Division Two.
