Training (Seniors)

2014-15 Training Schedule 

The following schedule will apply for the 2014-15 season, following pre-season

Monday nights:
P1 (Water):
7.30 – 8.30 – M5/6’s (half pitch) and L4/ L5’s (half pitch);

8.30 – 9.30 – M4/4a’s (half pitch) and L6/L7s (half pitch)

P2 (Sand/ Hybrid):
7.30 – 9.30 –  Kingston University

Tuesday:   
P1: 7.30 – 9.30 – M1
P2: 7.30  -9.30 – L1

Wednesday:  
P1:
7.30 – 9.30 – L2 (half pitch) and L3 (half pitch)

P2:
7.30 – 8.30 – M2/M3 (half pitch) and L8/L9 (half pitch)

8.30 – 9.30 – M2/M3 (half pitch) and M7/M8/M9 (half pitch)

Thursday:      
P1: 7.30 – 9.30 – M1
P2: 7.30 – 9.30 – L1
