Fixtures - Men's 1st XI

Our Men’s 1st XI play in the NOW: Pensions Men’s Hockey League Premier Division.

With new coach, Todd Williams in charge, Surbiton will play in the EuroHockey League for the first time in 2013-14, after finishing runners-up to Beeston in the 2012-13 NOW: Pensions MHL Championships in Reading.  The team also lifted the Men’s Cup for the first time in their history at Wakefield Hockey Club, beating London rivals, Hampstead and Westminster 3-1 in the final.

Unfortunately, the team had less success indoors, suffering relegation from the Maxifuel Super Sixes Premier Division, but iwill aim for promotion from Division One at the first attempt in 2013-14.

Surbiton currently have three Great Britain internationals, who played at London 2012: Matt Daly, Rob Moore, and James Tindall.
